The three tier system at Studio1825

On 12 October 2020, the UK government announced it was introducing a three tier system within England with regards to covid-19 restrictions.

The wonderful news is that we don’t think this is going to affect your experience with us! Due to being away from the highstreet we don’t have to think about multiple families being within the premises - As our only clients of the day we just have to focus on you.

We will be working alongside the three tiered structure to ensure all of our clients are safe, as well as our own family. Since we opened, in July 2020, we have been texting clients before their appointments asking them to confirm that they have not been in contact with anyone who is suspected of covid-19 or has had a positive result. What we will also now be doing is checking a client’s postcode, 24 hours before their shoot, to check where their area lies in regards to the three tier system. Following the government’s guidelines we will be going ahead with those from areas in levels 1 & 2. If your area is classed as a “level 3” we will follow our own covid-19 guidelines and automatically move your experience on a month, to the nearest day available, and give you a call.

By being able to welcome levels 1 & 2 to the studio we are able to sustain our business however we are also able to open our studio doors thanks to the rules we already have in place of having one shoot a day and thoroughly cleaning, and disinfecting, after each family has visited us. We appreciate that we are not a high traffic, retail, area however we feel that this is an absolute advantage for you, our clients, as we’re able to offer you the same level of service you expect from us whilst feel safe with the knowledge that you know you won’t have to endure crowds and multiple families within the same space.
