Let’s be honest, 2020 hasn't been the most "conventional" of years, has it?
We've decided to start our January Sale, today! Prebook your newborn art, family shoot or smash & splash experience and receive DOUBLE the credit to spend with us!
As you may know, we're not like most studios... We don't charge a "session fee" as we understand that you need to have the photoshoot in order to create your final pieces. With this in mind, we ask for a £49 retainer to secure your appointment with us and this is taken off the cost of your final order with us.
Furthermore, what we learnt from 15 years of running highstreet based studios, is that clients don't want the "free print" - they want to be able to create something personal to them. With this in mind, we gift all of our clients £100 to spend with us and, if you book for January 2021, you'll receive double the amount of credit - giving you £200 to spend with us!
But what about covid-19?
We are doing everything we possibly can to keep both you, and your family safe throughout your time with us. We ask all clients to pre-sign our own covid guidelines so that everybody knows what is expected of them to keep everyone safe. As a business, we’ve made the decision to only photograph one session a day. We appreciate this means there may be a slightly longer waiting time until your experience, due to less appointments are available for you, but we also know that it's better to keep everyone safe. What happens if another lockdown happens?
Don’t worry - even if you end of visiting us in the Summer of 2021, we will still honour your £200 credit. As part of our own covid guidelines, we have a protocol where if a lockdown is imposed we automatically move
all appointments on by one month, to the closest day (not date) to their original appointment. You will then be contacted by email and/or text to inform you of your new appointment date and time. If this doesn’t suit your diary then please just say and we’ll send you a list of availability and you can choose a date to suit you.

We ask for the £49 retainer at time of booking to secure the appointment as yours (this also stops the no shows happening for us!) and this is taken off the final cost of your order with us.
